Using the quick program; handpieces may be removed after only 10 minutes. With the fractionated pre-vacuum program wrapped handpieces are ready after 17 minutes including drying.

Documentation alternatively with MELAflash CF Card, directly into the network, or with protocol printer MELAprint 42.

The extra large graphic display makes operating a pleasure and gives additional tips and information.

The Vacuklav works with a fractionated pre-vacuum and satisfies the requirements of “Class B”- autoclaves in the European standard EN 13060. The deep vacuum is created by a very high performance electrical vacuum pump. The deep post-vacuum ensures optimal drying of wrapped materials, large quantities of wrapped textiles and porous goods.

The Vacuklav 40-B and 43-B can be connected to a water treatment system, to a water source and a drain. The tap water will be used to cool the vacuum pump. The Vacuklav 41-B and 44-B can be connected with a water treatment system and drain as an option.

SPEED
For the autoclaves of the Premium-Class, the total time for sterilizing 5 kg of wrapped instruments in the universal program is approx. 20 minutes (including drying). This means up to 50% time saving compared to the majority of other "Class B" autoclaves! Instruments required at short notice can be sterilized in only 10 minutes (including drying) with repeated pre-vacuum. This time saving also means saving money, because shorter operation time means more rapid turn-around times and therefore fewer expensive instruments in the practice.

COMFORT
The operation of the Premium Class autoclaves is very simple and is carried out "intuitively". All information for operating a sterilization program is presented in detail on the very large graphic display (12cm width x 9cm height) of the autoclave. Likewise the operating manual of the device is saved in the modern electronics so that instructions for the operation of the autoclave can be requested at any time with the display. This helps to avoid operating errors.

DESIGN
The frequently-praised design contributes to the positive attitude when working with the autoclaves to sterilize instruments, and the electrical door lock facilitates the workflow and ensures a reliable closing of the door. The maintenance, processing and sterilization of instruments with the Premium-Class is so simple that the task becomes pleasurable.

  • The required documentation of the sterilization cycles is carried out over the built-in network interface. The data can be stored directly on the practice network. It is also possible to print the data with the protocol printer MELAprint 42 or store the data on the MELAflash CF Card. The sterilization records can be read out on every PC with the MELAflash CF Card reader.
  • Two helix reference block systems, the MELAcontrol and MELAcontrol PRO are available for the verification of successful sterilization in a class B autoclave.
  • The batch control can very easily and low-priced be carried out with the Helix test specimen MELAcontrol. The documentation of the release is carried out with the MELAdoc system, consisting of the documentation pages and the MELAdoc label printer for sterilization packagings.
  • Vacuklav autoclaves are delivered with a mount for trays or cassettes included in the price of the autoclave. Combi mount C (for 6 trays or 3 standard-tray-cassettes) will be delivered as standard. Likewise different sterilization containers are available.
